F. No pets are permitted in any pool area at any time.
Section 10.1 Tennis courts
Y. Pets, except for those specifically trained to assist sight-impaired or other handicapped (and are so identified), are not allowed in any SaddleBrooke facility. Pets must be kept on a leash and be under the control of the pet owner when not on the Homeowner’s property. Pets are not allowed in the Tennis Center, on tennis courts, or in areas where food is being served. Pets in the vicinity of tennis courts must be leashed and controlled in a manner so as to not disrupt players or spectators when play is in progress.

14.3 Pets
Pets must be kept on a leash and be under the control of the pet owner, when not on the Homeowner’s property. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to remove and dispose of any solid waste deposited by such animal on private or public property, including common property. Pets, except for those specifically trained to assist the sight impaired, are not allowed in any SaddleBrooke facility.

Article X. Section 3: Pets
Pets must be kept on a leash and be under the control of the pet owner, when not on the owners’ property. The safety of all is a paramount issue. No pet shall be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise or to become a nuisance or an annoyance to others. The pet's owner is responsible for the conduct of his/her pet at all times. It is the pet owner's responsibility to remove and dispose of any solid waste deposited by such animal on private or public property, including common property. Pets, except for those specifically trained to assist the sight impaired or other handicap (and are so identified), are not allowed in any HOA # 2 facility or adjacent properties surrounding MountainView, DesertView, and the Preserve complexes except as described below: Southeast Corner of MountainView area – The area bounded on the North by MountainView parking lot, on the South by MountainView Boulevard, on the West by a line extending perpendicular from MountainView Boulevard to the 1st light post east of the drive leading up to the MountainView clubhouse, and on the East as far as the grass extends. For rules regarding pets in the Dog Park, refer to Article XIII, Section 2.
Article XIII. Section 2: Dog Park
A. General rules for the SaddleBrooke Dog Park Association (SDPA) are covered under their License Agreement, Bylaws and park rules.
The following rules are for the benefit of the general public.
i) Only SDPA members and their guests are allowed to use the facility. Children under the age of eight (8) are NOT allowed in the park.
ii) The Dog Park facility is intended to be used as a dog park and no other purposes.
iii) Hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. to sunset from November 1 through March 31 and from 7:00 a.m. until sunset from April 1 through October 31.
iv) No person or entity shall be allowed to sell food or beverages. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed at the facility.
v) Persons using the Dog Park are to park in the DesertView Theatre and Sports Complex parking lot. Parking by Dog Park users on any street within the area of the Dog Park is not allowed. All overflow parking will be at the Softball Facility parking lot. vi) Excessive barking must be dealt with immediately by the handler or the dog(s) must be removed from the park.
